1,5 EL (1 ½ tbsp) olive oil
1 EL (1.00 tbsp) vinegar
1,5 TL (1 ½ tsp) maple syrup
220 ml (7.5 floz) Water
Press the finished dough well into a bread baking pan, as the dough crumbles a bit more than our seed bread without baking powder. A perforated bread baking pan with baking paper is best suited.
Now let the bread rest or swell for at least 2 hours. You can simply leave it overnight and bake it fresh the next day.
Bake bread at 180 °C for about 60 minutes and then let cool. Start 60 minutes timer here
